Why is it that when there are teen drivers on the road with the car that says ‘student driver’ on it, the adults harass the teens, trying to scare them and honk at them? even when the teens are completely following the rules. but when the teen is not in a car with ‘student driver’ on it, the adults do not honk or harass the teens?
